charming city center spot
prime locationhelpful staffwhirling noise
the location near victoria market was prime. the staff seemed helpful with directions and transport. i found the laundry facilities quite convenient and clean. it did help i could wash clothes at any time.
some noise at night bothered me. there was this whirling noise from the ceiling. i could not sleep well those two nights. i wish the noise were fixed.

the front office staff seemed very lovely and helpful. breakfast chefs cooked eggs just how you want them. their kindness made a big difference. their professional attitude was notable.

The room was clean and spacious. I found the kitchen provided great convenience with a toaster stove top kettle and iron. The staff were friendly and very helpful and even notified me that my room was ready early. I appreciated being within walking distance of shops restaurants and public transport.
The shower's temperature fluctuated a bit which was an inconvenience.
